4th National Conference on Women, Addiction and Recovery



July 26-28, 2010 | Chicago, Illinois
Join SAMHSA Administrator Pamela S. Hyde, J.D., and Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Director Gil Kerlikowske, M.A., along with pioneers in women's treatment and recovery for the 4th National Conference on Women, Addiction, and Recovery: Thriving in Changing Times. Early bird registration has been extended to June 15.

The conference will emphasize family-centered approaches and children, critical issues of the day, specific populations of women, and gender-responsive practices.

After spending the day as a community of experts in plenary, workshop, and discussion sessions, experience Chicago with local host ambassadors in "Chicago – my kind of town." Other special features include a tech cafe, bookstore, "expert teas," and a personal development workshop with Joan Borysenko, Ph.D., for conference participants only.
