The Role of e-Prescribing in Health IT Safety: Challenges and Solutions.

Health information technology (IT) is seen as an important component of reliable ambulatory medication prescribing, despite problems associated with these systems. This webinar will explore the role of health IT in preventing medication errors, present research on health IT, and discuss the implementation of electronic prescribing in a large-scale care environment. The session will feature Dr. Tejal Gandhi and Dr. Mark Graberas speakers.
