Parkinson's disease (PD): percentage of veterans with idiopathic Parkinson's disease who have developed end-of-dose wearing-off and have impairments in activities of daily living who are offered within three months 1) addition of a dopamine agonist, 2) addition of a catechol o-methyltransferase (COMT) inhibitor, 3) more frequent dosing of levodopa, OR 4) addition of a selective MAO-B inhibitor or amantadine.
