This program aims to expand substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health care, and HIV services for high-risk populations, including those from traditionally underserved communities.
This program aims to engage community-level domestic public and private nonprofit entities, tribes, and tribal organizations to prevent and reduce the onset of substance abuse and transmission of HIV/AIDS among at-risk populations.
The purpose of this program is to support the training of teachers and a broad array of community service providers, including parents, law enforcement, faith-based leaders, and other adults, who can interact with youth through their programs.
