CIB: Alternative Benefit Plan Conforming Changes

Today the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an informational bulletin that provides information to states about recent regulatory changes in Essential Health Benefit (EHB) standards affecting Medicaid Alternative Benefit Plans (ABPs).
