Long-Term Care Hospitals (LTCHs) have been notified if they were determined to be non-compliant with LTCH Quality Reporting Program (QRP) requirements for CY 2015, which will affect their FY 2017 APU. Non-compliance notifications were placed into provider’s CASPER folders in QIES on July 20, 2016. Providers that receive a letter of non-compliance may submit a request for reconsideration to CMS via email no later than 11:59pm PST, August 19, 2016. If you receive a notice of non-compliance and would like to request a reconsideration, see the instructions in your notification letter and on the LTCH Quality Reporting Reconsideration and Exception & Extension webpage.
