Earlier this week, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released guidance to states and manufacturers through State Release #184 and Manufacturer Release #107. These releases provide information pertaining to the use of CMS’s drug product data to determine drug coverage by states under the Medicaid Drug Rebate (MDR) Program as well as other operational guidance specific to the MDR Program.
