During the webinar, CMS subject matter experts will discuss:

• Criteria for Advanced APMs in 2019 (Year 3)
• Qualifying APM Participant (QP) Status
• Resources and Technical Assistance

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask CMS subject matter experts questions at the end of the presentation.
