The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) will host the Direct Contracting Model Benefit Enhancements and Application Overview office hours on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm EST. This session will offer participants an opportunity to ask follow-up questions and receive additional information about the model. If you would like to pre-submit questions, please send them to DPC@cms.hhs.gov by 5:00pm EST on January 6, 2020. Registration information is below.
