CDC HIV Prevention Funding Opportunity for Community-Based Organizations
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has announced the availability of fiscal year 2021 funds for a cooperative agreement program for community-based organizations to develop and implement high-impact HIV prevention programs. The Notice of Funding Opportunity, known as PS21-2102: Comprehensive High-Impact HIV Prevention Programs for Community Based Organizations, focuses on addressing the national HIV epidemic by reducing new infections, increasing access to care, and promoting health equity in accordance with the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America initiative and CDC’s High-Impact HIV Prevention approach.

Comment on the Draft National STI and Viral Hepatitis Strategic Plans
The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) is inviting comments on the draft national strategic plans for sexually transmitted infections and viral hepatitis. HHS, through the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health and its Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy, has been coordinating development of both plans by federal partners from across HHS and other departments.
