Socioeconomic and clinical risk factors associated with moderate intensity physical activity before and during the COVID-19 pandemic
Although moderate intensity physical activity (MIPA) improves general mental health, morbidity, and mortality, the COVID-19 pandemic may have adversely impacted individuals' ability to engage in MIPA. In this study, researchers examined the extent of socioeconomic factors, body mass index, anxiety/depression, and cancer diagnosis associated with MIPA before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
