Most American Kids Are Consuming Caffeine, CDC Study Finds
Nearly two-thirds of children ages 2-19 have an average of 19.4 milligrams of caffeine in their diet, according to a CDC report. Soda and baked goodies are two of the big culprits. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children consume no caffeine.
