This paper examines how alliances among anti-chemical activists, opponents of conventional agriculture, and tort lawyers often blur those distinctions—weaponizing reasonable concerns and scientific uncertainty to advance ideological goals and litigation profits, with farmers, both conventional and organic, in the crosshairs.
