They influence how people access information, communicate, learn, work, access health care, participate in society, and make decisions about their lives. Understanding and governing these determinants has therefore become a critical public health priority. This three-paper Series proposes a new approach for conceptualising and responding to the digital determinants of health, and sets a bold agenda for future research, practice, and governance.
