Communication elements supporting patient safety in psychiatric inpatient care.

In this study, researchers interviewed psychiatric nurses to explore how they conceptualize communication that contributes to patient safety in the inpatient psychiatric setting. A similar approach was used in anearlier study to identify how patients on such units viewed safety issues.
