Bundle interventions used to reduce prescribing and administration errors in hospitalized children: a systematic review.
Bundle interventions are commonly used in patient safety. This systematic review of bundle interventions to improve medication safety for hospitalized pediatric patients was not able to draw conclusions because of the poor quality of the included studies. This work demonstrates the challenge of accurately evaluating multicomponent interventions and suggests a need for more rigorous study designs.
