SOPS Medical Office Survey: AHRQ sponsored the development of the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture® (SOPS®) Medical Office Survey in response to requests for a survey in this setting. This survey is designed specifically for outpatient medical office providers and other staff and asks for their opinions about the culture of patient safety and healthcare quality in their medical offices.
