Exciting Opportunity to Join a Growing Division Within the Center for Evidence and Practice Improvement at AHRQ!

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ) mission is to produce evidence to make health care safer, higher quality, more accessible, equitable, and affordable, and to work within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and with other partners to make sure that the evidence is understood and used.   The Center for Evidence and Practice Improvement (CEPI) generates new knowledge, synthesizes evidence, translates science on what works in health and health care delivery, and catalyzes practice improvement across health care settings.  

CEPI is looking for a Staff Service Fellow (see USAJobs announcement for more information regarding this appointment type) to join a multi-disciplinary team to lead projects related to primary care, practice improvement, and initiatives to disseminate and implement patient-centered outcomes research in clinical practice.

The successful candidate should have a doctoral degree related to health and at least four years post-doctoral experience in health and/or research. The Staff Service Fellow will represent the Division and Agency at national research meetings and high-level Departmental committees and working groups.
