The Network for Public Health Law is hosting a webinar about what states should consider to ensure that constituents can safely and securely vote in the 2020 election cycle. Participants will discuss the challenges and solutions to the voting process in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, including legal barriers to turnout, election protections, and lessening public health risks. They will also identify key policy interventions to protect the right to vote.
