Human Antibody Responses to SARS-CoViD-2

Paul Lecture, discusses the development of antibody responses, focusing on neutralizing antibody responses to SARS-CoViD-2. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, a group of 148 individuals who had recovered from SARS-CoV-2 infection were recruited to Rockefeller University to give blood for analysis. This lecture summarizes features of the humoral immune response in these individuals and their neutralizing properties in vitro and in animal models. (Video or Multimedia)
