ONC 2012 Annual Meeting Video Challenge

Hello, I'm Farzad Mostashari and I'd like to personally ask you to take a few minutes to tell us your story about health IT adoption.

What are some of the amazing things you're doing to employ health IT to help your patients' quality of life? What are some of the pitfalls you’ve avoided? What works and what doesn’t?

The four categories we'd like you to discuss in a short, 1 – 2 minute video are:

1. Adoption of Meaningful Use
2. Using Meaningful use to improve quality and efficiency
3. How health IT engaged patients
4. How you, as a provider, have made privacy & security a priority
