OPIOID CRISIS: HONORING PARTNERS IN HOPE

Convening at the White House on the one-year anniversary of the public health declaration was an eclectic group of public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Their common purpose: Addressing the Opioid epidemic—whether it be with a prevention, rehabilitation or restoration focus.

Interspersed between social media giants (Facebook® and Google®), healthcare titans (CVS®, Blue Cross Blue Shield®, and Walgreens®) and business meccas (Amazon® and Walmart®), were four faith-informed and/or community-focused organizations:
Emergent BioSolutions
Mr. Mike Kelly, President US Operations
Emergent BioSolutions will offer Free the life-saving NARCAN® Nasal Spray to all 16,568 public libraries and to each of the 2,700 YMCA locations in the United States.
