Register: Innovative Training Techniques for TeamSTEPPS® for Office-Based Care--AHRQ Webinar

Registration is open for a no-cost webinar on October 18 from 12 to 1 p.m. ET on the agency’s online course, TeamSTEPPS® for Office-Based Care. This webinar will provide innovative ways to train, introduce, and reinforce TeamSTEPPS skills in the office setting. TeamSTEPPS is among AHRQ’s quality improvement initiatives that are rewarded under the Merit-based Payment Incentive Program (MIPS). The presenter will discuss successful short, theory-based, interactive training techniques to provide to staff in short sessions in order to enhance team knowledge and performance in an office setting through increased communication and teamwork.
