IMED 2018 - Not too late

INTERNATIONAL MEETING ON EMERGING DISEASES AND SURVEILLANCE
VIENNA, AUSTRIA - NOVEMBER 9-12
Dear Colleague,
 
It's not too late to join your colleagues who have already registered to attend the 7th International Meeting on Emerging Diseases and Surveillance - IMED 2018 on 9-12 November 2018 in Vienna, Austria. IMED 2018 will be a major event for anyone whose work deals with threats from infectious agents.

We are pleased to announce that two new plenary speakers have been added to the Scientific Program roster. Jaffar AL-TAWFIQ of Saudi Arabia will present critical updates on MERS-CoV and Eric BERTHERAT of Switzerland, the focal point for WHO’s preparedness and response activities related to plague, tularemia, anthrax, rickettsioses and other bacterial epidemic diseases of international importance will present on the recent Plague outbreak in Madagascar. Sessions throughout the conference will cover topics from AMR to hot topics in emerging disease surveillance. CME update: IMED 2018 has been accredited for a maximum of 18 hours of European external CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). Physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. IMED 2018 is also approved by the AAVSB RACE to offer a total of 38.5 CE Credits (21.5 max) to any one veterinarian. More information on CME is available on the IMED 2018 website.
