Fiscal Year 2014 Funds No Longer Available

NIH is closing fiscal year (FY) 2014 accounts and canceling remaining balances per 31 U.S.C. §1552(a). After September 30, 2019, recipients will not be able to access FY 2014 funds for any reason.

NIH is eliminating non-parent program announcements as a vehicle for institutes and centers (ICs) to direct grant applications toward priority scientific topics. Instead, ICs will publish notices of special interest to accomplish the same end.
