Management and Program Analyst

The NIAID Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources seeks exceptional candidates with strong analytic and program management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate human capital automation solutions in support of NIAID's overall strategic goals and initiatives. As a management and program analyst, you will use advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs; analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of complex administrative and program operations in meeting goals and objectives; and develop and implement modifications, revisions, and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative and program operations.
