Information on CAHPS^® During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Given the ongoing uncertainties during the COVID-19 pandemic, AHRQ’s Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Consumers (CAHPS^®) program is providing information about CAHPS surveys. Topics include deciding whether to administer a CAHPS survey, the availability of supplemental items to understand the experiences of telehealth patients, acknowledging the challenge of the pandemic in CAHPS survey invitations, and the status of submission dates for the CAHPS Database.
