The purpose of the review is two-fold. First, to identify cancer survivorship models for the adult survivors of childhood cancer that include primary care; and analyze these survivorship models using a realist methodology to understand how and why they in specific circumstances improve short term and long term health outcomes. Second, identify available tools, training, and resources for adult survivors of childhood cancer; and use a realist methodology to understand how and why they produce effects on health outcomes.
