This 21-page report identifies optimal vaccine allocation strategies within and between countries to maximize health (avert deaths) under constraints on dose supply. It extended an existing mathematical model of SARS-CoV-2 transmission across different country settings to model the public health impact of potential vaccines, using a range of target product profiles developed by the World Health Organization.
