In October 2023, the Crisis Systems Response Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC) hosted the first webinar in a new series, Connecting to Serve: Promising Practices for 988 & 911 Collaboration. This series aims to create a defined space where the discussions on how to bring 988 and 911 systems together can be housed, addressing the most common concerns and questions that colleagues in this field are regularly asking independent of each other.
