The built environment can harbor conditions that affect patient safety. This conference will host tracks on how health care design can support improvements in behavioral health and ambulatory care. Sessions will highlight the use of evidence-based design practices and risk assessment activities to incorporate the perspectives of clinicians, facility managers, and organizational leadership in design decisions of health care work spaces.
