New Releases that Provide Information Pertaining to the Line Extension Unit Rebate Amount Calculation

Today, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released guidance to states and manufacturers through State Release #186 and Manufacturer Release #109. These releases provide information pertaining to the line extension unit rebate amount calculation that was revised by the Bipartisan Budget Act (BBA) of 2018 (Pub.
