Are clinical instructors preventing or provoking adverse events involving students: a contemporary issue.

Students are likely to make mistakes as they learn and develop skills in the health care environment. This commentary discusses how clinical instructors can establish a safe learning culture, learn about factors that contribute to nursing errors, and adjust processes to prevent adverse events.
