Minnesota Alliance for Patient Safety 2018 Conference: Reigniting our Passion for Safe Care.

Minnesota Alliance for Patient Safety. October 25–26, 2018; Minneapolis Marriott Northwest, Brooklyn Park, MN.

This biannual meeting is hosted by one of the first state organizations devoted to improving patient safety. The conference will offer sessions on just culture, the human factor, Safety II, and the CANDOR program.
