NACCHO Deadline for Model Practices |
| The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) has a Model Practices Program that celebrates outstanding local public health practices and publishes them on the Model Practices Database. Model Practices winners will be recognized at the NACCHO Annual 2019 Grand Awards Ceremony. The deadline to apply for the 2019 Model Practices Program is December 12. |
