Join the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation for two upcoming Primary Care First webinars!
Please join us for two upcoming webinars on the Primary Care First Model. Primary Care First offers an innovative payment structure to support delivery of advanced primary care, as well as a seriously ill population payment model option aimed at improving quality and access to care for high need, seriously ill beneficiaries who currently lack a primary care practitioner and/or effective care coordination.

Payment Webinar: Thursday, June 27 at 12pm EST

Attend our webinar to learn about what makes up the Total Primary Care Payment and the quality measures used to calculate the Performance-Based Adjustment. We will review beneficiary attribution, Primary Care First policies on overlap with other CMS models, and the timeline for receiving model payments. This event is the first webinar in a two-part series on the payments made and related incentives under the Primary Care First model. More information about the second event in this payment series will be available soon.
