Patient and visitor aggression in healthcare: a survey exploring organisational safety culture and team efficacy.

This online survey of nurse managers found that patient and visitor aggression remains a patient safety concern. The results highlight the importance of the physical layout and safety culture in addressing aggressive behavior and improving workplace safety for nurses.
