REMINDER: Data Submission Open for AHRQ SOPS Ambulatory Surgery Center

Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) that have administered AHRQ’s Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey on Patient Safety Culture can submit their data to the Database June 3 – July 22.

Participating ASCs will receive free individual feedback and summary reports. ASCs can use their results to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. The results will also be available in an Ambulatory Surgery Center Database Report, which will provide average scores and percentiles on the survey questions and composite measures. Results are reported in the aggregate and do not include any information identifying participating ambulatory surgery centers.

ASCs must have a valid CCN number and be located in the U.S. or U.S. Territories in order to submit. To register and submit data, please go to https://sopsdatabase.ahrq.gov/DB/default.aspx?mode=asc.
