October 27: Virtual Public Meeting – Reauthorization of MDUFA for 2023-2027

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that the public meeting “Medical Device User Fee Amendments for Fiscal Years 2023 Through 2027” will now be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 by webcast only beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If you have already registered, no action on your part is necessary. The purpose of this public meeting is to discuss proposed recommendations for the reauthorization of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA) for fiscal years 2023 through 2027. Interested participants may continue to register and, if applicable, specify that they would like to present during the meeting.
