Mini docu-series looks at how U.S. clinics are deploying telehealth to address Covid-19
The health care technology company athenahealth is launching a new documentary series today that captures the experience of health care workers on the frontlines of the Covid-19 pandemic in the U.S. and how they're using health tech solutions to address the crisis. The first episode of the four-part series, for example, follows Nora Garza, a physician based in San Antonio, Texas, and shows how her practice had to adapt to using telehealth to keep in regular contact with patients. Another yet-to-be released episode will look at pandemic care in an underserved urban population. The first episode is available now and the other three episodes will be available in the coming weeks.
