The 2023 HCBS CAHPS Survey Database includes 4,731 survey responses voluntarily submitted by State Medicaid agencies and managed care plans from 17 HCBS programs. Program types include older adults, physical disability, acquired brain injury, intellectual and developmental disability, mental health and substance use disorder programs, and programs that serve multiple populations.
