https://cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/HPDSS/login.aspx Voluntary data submission for AHRQ's Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Health Plan Survey Database will be open Jun. 2 – Jun. 27 to all CAHPS 5.1/5.1H Health Plan Survey users who administered the survey Jun. 29, 2024 – Jun. 27, 2025. The CAHPS Health Plan Survey Database will be accepting the following survey versions: Adult Medicaid Child Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) without the Children with Chronic Conditions Item Set Child Medicaid or CHIP with the Children with Chronic Conditions Item Set Participating organizations will receive a private feedback report comparing their results to overall findings aggregated across all database participants and access to database products for quality improvement and research.
