Experts Say Smartphone Use In Kids Younger Than 13 Linked To Depression, Obesity
In a new study published yesterday in JAMA Pediatrics, scientists say that the earliest a child should receive a smartphone is age 13. They found that use from that age, while still linked to poor sleep, is not associated with an increased risk of depression or obesity.
