Training Resources
The VTrckS Training Library is an online resource that offers a variety of VTrckS reference/training materials and tools. The library was developed for the following VTrckS users:
- CDC staff
- Awardees (state, local and territorial immunization program staff)
- Healthcare providers and their staff
Awardee topics covered in the training library include:
- Access to VTrckS and VTrckS Navigation
- ExIS Interface
- Formulary and Provider Master Data
- Purchase Order Entry and Order Return
- Reporting
- Spend Plan
- Support Documentation
- Vaccine Request Order Entry
- Vaccine Return and Transfer Orders
There are also a variety of instructions for providers, including how to:
- Create a Return Request, Transfer Request, Vaccine Request, and Wastage Request
- Search and Submit Doses Administered, Inventory on Hand, and a Temperature Log
