The "Enhancing the Diversity of the NIH-Funded Workforce" program will establish a national consortium to develop, implement, and evaluate novel approaches to engage researchers, especially from backgrounds underrepresented in biomedical sciences, and prepare them to thrive in NIH-funded research careers.
