FDA/CDER Small Business Chronicles – Improving Drug Supply Chain Integrity


The topic of this month’s issue of the FDA/CDER Small Business Chronicles is Improving Drug Supply Chain Integrity. In this issue, we discuss implementation of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, the Secure Supply Chain Pilot Program, provisions of the FDA Safety and Innovation Act (FDASIA) that address drug supply chain integrity challenges, and Pre-Launch Importation Requests (PLAIR). 

The purpose of the newsletter, the FDA/CDER Small Business Chronicles, is to provide industry with useful information to assist in all aspects of drug marketing and regulation. This newsletter is issued every other month.
