Promoting Interoperability Programs New Listserv Design

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has launched its new design for the Promoting Interoperability (PI) Programs (formerly EHR Incentive Programs) listserv.

Additional Background

On April 24^th, CMS issued the FY 2019 Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) and Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTCH) proposed rule. In the proposed rule, CMS changed the name of the EHR Incentive Programs to the PI Programs. This new name more accurately represents the enhanced goals of the programs and the corresponding changes outlined in the proposed rule.

Please note: Only the name and look of the listserv has changed. As a current subscriber of this listserv, no action is needed to continue receiving these messages.
