CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey Database Submission Now Open

Now Open: CAHPS^® Clinician & Group Survey Database Submission

CAHPS^® Clinician & Group (CG-CAHPS) Survey users can submit their data to the CG-CAHPS Database May 11 -May 22. The CAHPS Database will be accepting all survey data collected January 2019 -May 2020 that relates to patient encounters that occurred January 2019 -December 2019. Participation is free and open to all CG-CAHPS Survey users on a voluntary basis. Learn about the submission requirements, data file specifications and Data Use Agreement.

The CG-CAHPS survey versions eligible for submission are:

• Adult Survey 3.0
• Adult Survey 3.0 with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Items
