Therapies for Clinically Localized Prostate Cancer

The purpose of this review is to identify new information that updates findings from previous AHRQ and American Urological Association funded reviews evaluating therapies for clinically localized prostate cancer.

Management of Colonic Diverticulitis
(Available for comment until June 29, 2020)

The findings of the review are expected to inform health care providers, policymakers, and patients, and support new guidance on diagnosis, staging, and nonsurgical treatment of acute diverticulitis, and interventions to prevent recurrence, and colorectal cancer screening in people with a history of diverticulitis.

Management of Primary Headaches in Pregnancy

This systematic review aims to inform healthcare providers, policymakers, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as developers of clinical guidance about currently available evidence on interventions for preventing or treating acute attacks of primary headaches in women who are pregnant (or attempting to become pregnant), postpartum, or breastfeeding. The review addresses both pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions for migraine, tension headache, cluster headache, and other trigeminal autonomic cephalgias.
