SOPS Diagnostic Safety Pilot Test Opportunity for Outpatient Medical Offices

AHRQ is seeking outpatient medical offices’ participation in a September/October pilot test of new Diagnostic Safety Supplemental Items for the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS^®) Medical Office Survey to help improve diagnostic safety and quality in outpatient medical offices.

Benefits of Participation:

• The SOPS Medical Office Survey with Diagnostic Safety Supplemental Items will be administered free of charge to providers and staff in participating medical offices.
• Medical offices will receive a feedback report comparing their office’s results to other pilot sites.
• Results can be automatically submitted to the next SOPS Medical Office Database in September 2021 with a signed Data Use Agreement.
